All orders are shipped after payment is completed which takes up to 3 days. All shipments are shipped fedex ground. International orders are not guaranteed do the the fact that the post office will not guarantee that items will not be damaged in shipping. NO RETURNS ONLY EXCHANGES WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER/ITEM. Customer must pay for shipping the order/item back for exchange unless error was made by FLIP YOUR LID WEAR.
